About the Valkenhuizen location

There are toilets open in the main building. There is also a catering point near the courts. Opening hours may vary during the season.

The toilets and showers in the building are open, and you can refill your bottle there. There is also an outdoor tap at the catering point.

Yes. In the main building you’ll find the changing rooms for outdoor sports on the first floor, accessible via the iron staircase at the back of the building. If that door is closed, you can ask one of the committee members to open it (usually found at Court 1).

Use the designated parking areas and bike racks. Bikes can be parked on site, directly behind the main building. The easiest parking is at the front of the building. If it’s busy, there’s a second car park at the back of the grounds.

About Abeach and Aetos

No. Open play is available to both Aetos members and non-members. Anyone who wants to take part in activities must first register (free of charge) and can then join activities such as open play, training sessions or tournaments (payment per activity — see rates).

There’s always room for improvement. If you have a suggestion, make a proposal and help develop it. The activities are made possible by volunteers within the club — you can help too to keep beach volleyball possible. Email info@abeach.nl and we’ll discuss the options.

Beach volleyball rules

The rules are set and published by Nevobo. You can find the latest version of the rules for adults on www.nevobo.nl.
